The Furano skiing area features the dry powder snow which is lighter than Niseko area and a rich forest. "Gentle time," "From the north country" is the area that is famous as the stage of Sou Kuramoto works such as "Kaze-no Garden". If you go on the mountaintop by 101-passenger ropeway, Mt. Tokachidake, a superb view with a view of the Daisetsuzan range of peaks open with a rural scenery all over the view. In late years good quality of snow will be known, and foreign visitors increase rapidly.

Two direct management hotels

Two direct management hotels are in Furano. In "New Furano Prince Hotel in the Furano zone," the facilities such as restaurant, natural hot spring & sauna are fulfilling. As "Furano Prince Hotel" in the Kitanomine zone has a maisonette room and a family room, it is convenient for the use of a great number of people including a family and the group.

Shopping area of the forest which can enjoy the after-ski

The shopping zone where 15 small log houses line up in a certain "Ningle Terrace" in a forest adjacent to New Furano Prince Hotel. As there is the cafe in an area, the person who wants to spend relaxed time will go out.

The wide slope which is most suitable for the practice of the beginner. 900m in total length, up to 18 degrees, an average of 8 degrees.

Giant C

It is most suitable for intermediate skier aiming at the skill up. Cruising is comfortable. 700m in total length, up to 30 degrees, an average of 19 degrees.

Furikozawa C

Bumpy slope of the ungroomed. 330m in total length, up to 34 degrees, an average of 23 degrees.

Panorama C

A steep slope of powder & bump. Scenery is good in a top. 700m in total length, up to 29 degrees, an average of 15 degrees.
