You can thoroughly enjoy snow to be located in a Japan's leading heavy snowfall area, the northern part of Uonuma, Niigata district. An intermediate course occupies 50% of the whole, and there are many comfortable slopes. You can access most courses with one hooded quad lift arriving at the mountaintop directly from the foot. A long run of 2000m is possible in beginners and can view a large panorama of Mt. Sumondake and the Echigo Sanzan to see from the mountaintop. It is a feature that weekday lift 1 Day Ticket is reasonable with 2,100 yen.
Piste Data & Guide
As for the slope of all 9 courses, an intermediate course accounts for half. As the slope base is extensive, it is recommended for a family and the beginner who wants to practice well.
Alpine Course
It is excellent at quality of snow at a slope facing north. You can enjoy a vast panorama on the day when it was fine. There is the bypass course, too. 600m in total length, up to 18 degrees, an average of 12 degrees.
Romance Slope
The gentle slope which is most suitable for kids and the beginner who want to practice. 500m in total length, up to 16 degrees, an average of 12 degrees.
Adventure Course
The wide slope which is most suitable to enjoy a carving turn. You can enjoy powder at the time of the snowfall. 480m in total length, up to 18 degrees, an average of 15 degrees.
Giant Course
The intermediate course where a grade change is fun. 1,500m in total length, up to 25 degrees, an average of 17 degrees.
Expert Course
The ungroomed course that is located midmost of the slope. The technical slope where deep snow and bump mingle. Popularity is high for a person enjoying moguls. 250m in total length, up to 30 degrees, an average of 25 degrees.
Blizzard Course
A landform same layout is attractive. The ungroomed course that spreads out in the north direction from the mountaintop. 200m in total length.
