Studio Sediic Shonai Open Set

There are two facilities of the museum displaying the items used for the filming, and the open-air set built in the nature of the foot of Mt. Tsukiyama. The world which you watched on the screen spreads out there. In the open-air set, a mountain-village, a town, a fishing-village, a farm-village are built made use of the topography of nature. It is interesting to see the scene which you watched on the movie, such as the film of "den Delaware" "13 assassins". As the new sets are added after every movie, it is fun to look for the trace of the movie at various places in the village.
In the Shonai movie village museum, the items and the storyboard which is used in the filming such as the "13 assassins" and "Okuribito" are displayed. There are the Matsugaoka cultivation memorial hall and the café in the same property as well.
