Former Imai Family Residence and Mino Archives

The old Imais is along a highway. It was built in the middle of Edo era. It was enlarged a building early in the Meiji era. Eaves decoration of the Udatsu of the oldest form is seen in a roof. The history and sacred rites of Mino are introduced by historical materials building. There is water harp cave (Suikinkutsu) chosen as 100 selections of sound scenery of Japan in the garden.
