JR Hakata City

One of the station buildings which are the biggest in Japan opened at the time of Kyushu Shinkansen whole line opening. It is comprised of Hakata Hankyu, Tokyu Hands, AMU PLAZA Hakata of the specialty store street, the City Dining Kooten of the restaurant floor. It is the reason that is popular with local people that there are many shops which came to Kyushu newly. It is convenient for a tourist that there are dainty food and a souvenir. "The Tsubame-No-Mori Hiroba" of the roof has the fine-view terrace where you can overlook Fukuoka city from 60m above the ground. The Tetsudo Shrine which watches the security in the trip. In Nakamise, shops selling a souvenir and the food of various places throughout Kyushu form a line. The Tsubame Train for the child runs, too.
