Former Kaga feudal warrior Takada family Site

This is s mansion trace of the Takada family who was a middle class feudal warrior. Nagaya Gate, stable, servants' room and garden are restore and presented to the public. The Nagaya Gate is a gate made with the terraced house, it was different depending on the family. Tomuro stone which the feudal clan valued was used for the cornerstone of the gate. The stable is on the left side of the gate, servants' room is on the right side, it conveys the life style of the samurai and the people who served samurai.
