Shinzan Shrine

The Shinto shrine which is related to Namahage known as the Namahage Sedo festival held on the second Friday, Saturday and Sunday in February every year.
"Oga Shinzan Folklore Museum" at the shrine premises is a typical folk house designed L-shaped structure (Magariya) in Oga Peninsula. There is the learning lecture that one can experience the Namahage customs of the Shinzan district which follows the tradition. 13 times a day. Necessary Time 20 minutes.
