This is a long-established store of the soy sauce which is founded in 1600 (Keicho 5) and the oldest in Kyushu, and the specialty is “Usukimiso” and “Kani-shoyu”. At the café in the shop, you can enjoy miso-flavored soft-serve ice cream, salt malted rice zenzai and more.
