You can enjoy seasonal Japanese food and sushi, banquet dishes which made use of seasonal foods with a container of the Mino ware. There are Edo-mae-zushi, nigiri-zushi, chirashi-sushi. Hida cow grilling foods on an iron plate, tempura, nigiri-zushi is included in the set menu Kinka. In weekday lunch, Aya Zen and chirashi-sushi-don Zen are popular in the four seasons.
