"The mizutaki of the chicken" is famous as local dishes on behalf of Fukuoka. It is cooked in stewed chicken stock until chicken of the frame comes loose. It is the simple pan which a chicken mince, cabbage and mizuna greens are only added to in this, but you can thoroughly enjoy the taste of the native chicken entirely. The dish which is recommended with mizutaki is very fresh seafood. There are many fresh menus such as sashimi of horse mackerel and the Seki mackerel, slices of a living squid and the natural globefish of the winter in this restaurant. They are caught in the Sea of Genkai. There is the full-course meal which sashimi and a pan include.
