Kimuraya Sohonten Ginza Honten

A well-established baker founded in 1869 (Meiji 2). This shop is known as the shop which devised a bean-jam bun in 1874. The bread at the time forms a line in the store as 'sakedane bean-jam bun ' now. Sale, the 2th-4th floors are a cafe and restaurants of the direct management with approximately 120 kinds of bread in the bakery.
