Kyoto National Museum

The brick special pavilion (important cultural property) built in 1895 is a design by Tokuma Katayama. A temporary exhibition is held mainly. The normal pavilion displays a deposition product from Buddhist temple and Shinto shrines of Kyoto including archaeology, ceramics, a picture, the sculpture.

It is a 7-minute walk from Keihan Railway Shichijo Station.

From 9:30 to 17:00 (as for the entering a building ... 16:30).
During the exhibition period: From 9:30 to 18:00 (last entrance 17:30).
Friday during an exhibition period: From 9:30 to 20:00 (last entrance 19:30).
