Okutan Nanzen-ji Temple shop

The store specializing in Japanese oldest boiled tofu dishes letting the tongue of the gourmet howl more than founding 370 years. The tofu which was particular about a spring of Shirakawa and a domestic soybean selected carefully. One set of boiled tofu is vegetables tempura, grated yam soup, tofu-like sesame paste, baked bean curd served with bean paste and pepper leaf buds, rice, pickled vegetables.
