The original dish restaurant which let Western food fuse with Japanese food of Kyoto. Mr. Masayasu Yonemura of the chef owner pleases a visitor for various ideas from the election of ingredients to an arrangement with the experience that worked in a well-established French restaurant of Kyoto for ten years. The menu only as for the chef's choice course.
