Ota Shrine

It is auxiliary shrine of Kamigamo Shrine in the old shrine which is written down in the Engishiki Jinmyocho of the Heian era. The Ame-no-Uzume-no-Mikoto of the enshrined deity is known as God of longevity prayer, matchmaking, the entertainment progress. The approach to a shrine east side, rabbit-ear iris garden of the natural treasure in the Ootanosawa (photograph) are famous. About the middle of May flowering.
