Issen Yoshoku

In last years of Taisho era, The baked food which wheat flour mixed with Kujou green onion and topped with sauce was sold for 1 sen. The shop which continues providing this "Issen yoshoku." There is an atmosphere feeling nostalgic for slightly to the showy look of a shop. Only one menu. A dried bonito and meat, the ingredients examined closely including the leek are used.
