Otaru Uotei

The water tanks which a sea urchin, a sagittated calamary, approximately 30 kinds of fishery products including the scallop entered form a line in the shop. The fresh material using the live fish is reputation, and in late years this shop is known widely as the shop which the rolling thickly (1,900 yen) of the fried sea urchin can taste. In the end of June when a sea urchin becomes in season, it is the time when it is the most delicious in one year.
