石垣島
It is approximately 430km southwest from Okinawa Island. A center of Yaeyama Islands blessed with a warm climate. The topography is full of changes, and plains open in the south side of Mt. Omotodake of 526m above sea level that is the prefecture highest peak, and the slim peninsula which linked a mountain in the north side lengthens double. A city area around the remote island terminal is the southernmost downtown of Japan, and a hotel and a restaurant, a shopping mall are concentrated.
